Kristine Linn has spent the last decade litigating in the family law arena, first as paralegal and law clerk to her mentor Stella L. Pitts, and then as an attorney since 2013. The cases she takes require creative solutions—legal, financial, emotional—for unique problems: e.g. divorce in the context of a closely held business, parenting plans in the context of mental illness, division of complex assets like stock awards, pensions, trusts.
Her professional background prior to entering the legal field as a teacher (English literature at UW and Seattle University), an artist (weaver), and a retail buyer for a small business inform her practical and nuanced approach to the circumstances clients bring to her. Kristine’s decade-deep background in mediation and trial practice ensures that she and her clients are prepared for settlement and court.
Kristine is a licensed attorney in Washington State.
